By creating a <Learning Portfolio>, learners can diagnose their learning needs, organize their own learning process, and cultivate self-directed learning. Also, it is a program for learner to evaluate their activities and achievements for the past semester, and to judge their value (of employment, career, direction, etc.) that they have pursued, through their self-reflection on their own study contents for one semester.
